$120 + Tax for 4 Sessions


Join us for a four-week structured training program designed to develop your skills and

improve your game! Each session includes targeted drills, strategic play, and mini-games to

reinforce key techniques.

Attendees MUST have a minimum GPN rating close to 2.5 to join this event.


Week 1: Dinking & Drop Shots


• Dinking Drills – Refresh fundamental technique.

• Aggressive Dinking – Targeting the NVL (Non-Volley Line) and opponent’s feet.


• Speed-Up Strategy – Changing pace with quick attacks (aiming at the chest or paddle-

side shoulder).


• Mini Games – Special rules (play to 5).

• “Billy’s Kitchen” Challenge – Players remain at the NVL with dinking resets or aggressive

dinking only (limited foot movement).


• Drop Shots from Transition Play – Semi-open stand drills.

• Game Play with Strategy – Special rule games (play to 7).


Week 2: Net Play & Third Shot Drops


• Dinking Drills – Continue refining fundamentals.

• Advanced Dinking – Cross-court, spin, and speed-up shots.

• Volley-to-Volley Drills – Quick reflex training at the NVL.


• Serve & Deep Return Focus – Deep serves targeting the back 1/3 of the court.

• Mini Games – Special rules (play to 7).


• Third Shot Drop – Controlled drops from NVL to baseline and target the far side.

• Game Play with Strategy – Special rule "Must do 3rd shot drop" games (play to 7).


Week 3: Lobs, Volleys & Groundstrokes


• Dinking Drills – Further refinement of technique.

• Aggressive Dinking – Cross-court placement and lobs.

• Volley-to-Volley Drills – Goal: 30 consecutive hits at the NVL.

• Third Shot Drop – NVL to baseline and move up to play out the point.

• Mini Games – Special rules (7-11).


• Third Shot Drive (Hybrid Drive) – Baseline to NVL targeting the middle.

• Game Play with Strategy – Special rule games (play to 7).


Week 4: ALL IN!


• Dinking Drills – Final refresh on fundamentals.


• Aggressive Dinking & Speed-Ups – Targeting the body, lobs, push-brush & flick

techniques.

• Volley-to-Volley Drills – Increased target to 40 consecutive hits.


• Groundstroke Technique – Forehand and backhand with side stand setup.

• Third Shot Drop / Lob Mastery – Controlled drops from the baseline with top spin.

• Doubles Positioning & Movement – Seesaw strategy, 1-line gap rule, left/right shifting

"shading".


• Final Games with Strategy – (play to 7).
